As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), I am passionate about supporting pre-teens (age 10+), adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s many challenges. I strive to create a compassionate, empathetic, and validating space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe that the therapeutic relationship we build together is the foundation for meaningful growth and change.
Therapy isn't just for times of crisis—it can be a valuable resource for managing the everyday stressors of work, relationships, parenting, and life transitions. In addition to these areas, I also work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and significant life adjustments. I am trained in several evidence-based clinical practices, including Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy for PTSD.
With over 20 years of experience working with children and families, my background includes providing in-home behavioral interventions for children facing emotional and behavioral challenges. This hands-on experience continues to inform my work today.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey—wherever you may be starting from—and to celebrate the progress you make along the way.
