Therapy isn't just for times of crisis—it can be a valuable resource for managing the everyday stressors of work, relationships, parenting, life transitions and working towards meaningful change in your life. In addition to these areas, I also work with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and significant life adjustments. I am trained in several evidence-based clinical practices, including Prolonged Exposure (PE) therapy for PTSD.
As a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), I am passionate about supporting pre-teens (age 10+), adolescents, and adults as they navigate life’s many challenges. I strive to create a compassionate, empathetic, and validating space where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. I believe that the therapeutic relationship we build together is the foundation for meaningful growth and change.
With over 20 years of experience working with children and families, my background includes providing in-home behavioral interventions for children facing emotional and behavioral challenges. This hands-on experience continues to inform my work today.
I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey—wherever you may be starting from—and to celebrate the progress you make along the way.
